- Long maceration with frequent pumping over at controlled temperature for about 18-21 days, ageing for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels (30% of the wine ages in tonneaux barrels, 70% in 70 hl barrels), then refinement for 6 months in bottle
- Characteristics
- Strong ruby red with subtle garnet reflections. Clear, typical mas of cherries, plums and other red fruits. Very well integrated wood notes, some vanilla, round, multi-layered, clear and expressive. A very round, soft and harmonious wine with fine but present tannins, a medium-strong, fruit-driven body, well-integrated acidity, and subtle vanilla notes in the long finish. A very elegant wine
