- Grenache is vinified in the traditional way in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over to allow a gentle extraction of phenolic compounds. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended and then stored in stainless steel vats, in air-conditioned cellars, until they are bottled after six to eight months of aging

- Dark garnet red with violet reflections, on the nose aromas of ripe, black berries, delicate plum jam and caramel, as well as a pinch of cocoa with fine toasted notes. Full-bodied and round on the palate, ripe tannins with a silky finish, full-fruity with a cool note in the finish and a nice juiciness
