- Only grapes from old vines from the single location. Fermentation in large oak barrels with natural yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. Then another 6 months storage in large wooden barrels. It follows the expansion for 18 months in new French barriques
- Characteristics
- Dark red, bouquet of spices, vanilla and red fruits, on the palate dense and concentrated, intense fruit elegantly overlays the barriques, very long, great potential. Top vintage!
