- The soft pressed must, after the addition of selected yeasts, is fermented at a constant temperature of 15°C in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the must is lightly clarified and aged for a few months in stainless steel tanks. Refinement in bottle
- Characteristics
- Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Penetrating and persistent bouquet, floral and vegetal notes. Hints of lime blossom. On the palate the vegetal notes are prominent, warm and full, good structure, harmonious; long lasting finish
