- After a night of maceration at low temperatures, the grapes are gently pressed. The must is fermented partly in stainless steel tanks partly in barriques and then matures there on the fine lees for about eight months until it is bottled
- Characteristics
- The Sauvignon presents itself with a light straw yellow color and light green reflections. On the nose it impresses with a variety of aromas that are reminiscent of elderflower, white peaches, dried fruits and oriental notes. On the palate, a lively acidity, juicy and mineral nuances as well as an appealing fullness and elegance unfold, which end with a long, stimulating finish

- This Sauvignon is not an everyday wine, rather it is a serious companion to various dishes such as hearty starters, tuna tartare, veal with tuna sauce ("vitello tonnato"), white meat and lightly spiced oriental dishes. It invites you to experiment and go on exciting voyages of discovery
