- Vinification
- Each grape variety is vinified separately. The maceration at controlled temperature with the addition of noble yeasts lasts about 8-10 days, depending on the grape variety, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 20°C. At the end of fermentation, a light clarification and a few days of rest, the different masses are blended (the percentage changes from year to year). Approximately one month of aging in cement tanks followed by refinement in new French oak barrels of 225 hl. for about 8 - 10 months. After bottling, a final refinement in bottle for about 3 - 4 months

- Intense, bright ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense and persistent bouquet, predominantly of ripe fruit, light almond notes. Soft on the palate with good body, warm and caressing
