Handmade lemon panettone with IGP Amalfi and Siracusa lemons
The soft yellow dough is richly filled with IGP Amalfi lemon cream, raisins and ground and candied lemon peel, giving an intense and persistent citrus aroma
The basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from free-range chickens, milk, butter and cream
The 72 hours of patient handwork and the natural leavening give the lemon panettone a high softness and digestibility

Characteristics: Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone, and the surface is cutted with a typical cross cut. The yellow dough is eniriched with Sultana raisin, candied lemon peels, lemon cream and with Vanilla Mananara from Madagascar
