Produced as a cuvee of Tempranillo and Garnacha and using the Maceración Carbónica process, the CARE Nouveau exudes an intense aroma of cherries and red fruits in the glass

Vinification: The harvest is done by hand in small baskets. Without destemming or pressing, the grapes are brought directly into the stainless steel fermentation tanks and placed under protective gas (CO2). Due to bio-chemical processes and the resulting pressure, the grapes burst open after a few days - but beforehand you have extracted a maximum of color and flavor. This process is called Maceratión carbónica. After a few days, the must is drawn off and the wine then continues to mature in stainless steel tanks before being drawn onto the bottle

Characteristics: Extremely fruity, a whole basket full of berries. Very tasty and with fresh acidity
