- After the grapes are handpicked in the first and second week of October, they are pressed that evening in the estate's wine cellar and filled into stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Aging and refinement After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in French barriques for around 15 months. It is bottled in July, where it is left to refine for at least 1 year
- Characteristics
- Purple color, intense and complex scent of red fruits typical of the vineyard. On the palate, it is determined, full and balanced. Its finale is long and pleasant
