- Mash fermentation on the skins with import of selected yeast for 10 days at a controlled temperature. This is followed by fermentation in steel tanks. Aging and refinement The must is refined in wood for 3 months and then in steel tanks for 6 months. Finally, the expansion is completed for 3 months on the bottle

- Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Bouquet of red berries, spices and coffee. Elegant and velvety tannins of great structure and comfort
