- Like a red wine, the grapes are fermented with brief contact with the mash to prevent the extraction of unpleasant tannins. After the fermentation is interrupted by exposure to the cold, the wine matures in stainless steel containers until it is bottled

- The Moscato Rosa has a bright ruby red color, lively freshness and an intense, aromatic bouquet with notes of roses, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel. On the palate, the wine bewitches with a complex, pleasant and elegant structure with a fascinating interplay between acidity, sweetness and tannins
