- Fermentation in steel tank. Maceration on the skins at controlled temperature for 12 days. Complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aging in wooden barrels of 40 hl for 5 months, then refinement in bottle for another 4 months
- Characteristics
- Brilliant ruby red color. On the nose well recognizable notes of cherries, blackberries, blueberries and currants and hints of tobacco, black pepper, licorice, thyme, rosemary, leather and juniper berry. Warm and elegant on the palate, with a well-proportioned alcoholic structure and well-integrated tannins. Long persistent finish
