- Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate notes of fruit and flowers. You can see slight hints of mango, banana, yellow peach, white Susine, grapefruit, orange blossom and broom. The palate is soft, harmonious and persistent, mineral with a well recognizable acidity, all in all, a pleasant wine to drink

- Goes well with appetizers and fish dishes, seafood salads, crayfish with crayfish, mussels with potatoes, pasta with prawns and asparagus or spaghetti with mussels and sea truffle. Delicious also to swordfish rolls from the grill, to sea bass from the oven and seasoned with chicken with sage and thyme
