- Selective manual harvest in crates, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature for about 20 days with periodic submersion of the marc. After malolactic fermentation, ageing in French oak barrels, barriques and tonneaux of various capacities, for about 9/10 months and at least 12 months in bottle (Bottling March 2020)

- Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Bouquet Characteristic, intense and persistent. Rich in notes of blackberries and very ripe plums. The taste expresses dense, balanced balsamic aromas, a great structure with a dense web of sweet, sugary tannins
