- The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank with continuous circulation of the pomace in a controlled fermentation temperature. Finally, aging takes place for six months in small oak barrels and for further months in bottle storage

- This purple wine comes from the best Lagrein vineyards in Neumarkt and Auer. Thanks to vineyards that are about a hundred years old, the Lagrein Rivus is rich in tannins, intense in color, harmonious and spicy. It has a slight violet note and aromas of wild berries, fresh cherries and plums
