Description
The Garnacha Negra grapes come from vineyards with an average age of around 12 years. The vines on these plots are low in yield and the grapes are concentrated. The aim is to harvest the grapes when they are ripe but not too high in alcohol. This gives you a nice balance of fruit and complexity, which also makes the wine a digestible everyday red wine
