- All grapes are handpicked, mostly in 300 kg boxes. Whole clusters are sent direct to the press to min-imise contact with skins. Only the first fraction of must from the gentle press is used, representing a 35-40% yield grape to must. Controlled oxidation of must until saturation is achieved. The must is racked off the oxidised components and fermenta-tion begins. Post ferment, the wine is kept on its fine lees for 3 months

- This wine from the Terra Alta region stands out above all due to its spicy notes of fennel, anise and tea. In addition, aromas of white fruits with lively acidity appear on the palate. The texture of the "Garnatxa Blanca" is yeasty, creamy, with a medium body and a long finish
