- The grapes are picked by hand and delivered in small containers. After the berries are removed, the mash of these vines, which are over 30 years old, is fermented in stainless steel tanks. After the malolactic fermentation, the aging takes place in large oak barrels for 5 months

- Vernatsch barrel no. 9 is only made with excellent vintages in order to keep the quality of this wine at a consistently high level. The mild character of Vernatsch and the strong concentration of velvety tannins make barrel no. 9 an exceptional wine
