Affination in wooden barrels of 35 hl
- Characteristics
- Vanilla, sour cherry, wild strawberry and a very clean floral nuance. On the palate lush and yet liquid; the fruit is very expressive and pervaded by complex aromas of undergrowth, myrtle and oriental spices. This, too, is a wine without false ambition, which, however, turns unexpectedly into a well-drinking red with a distinctive richness of taste; its profile also features traces of iron, rhubarb and black pepper, which are very stimulating
