- Vinification
- The harvest is done by hand in small baskets. The selection is followed by gentle, pneumatic pressing. The fermentation takes place for 23 days partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in cement tanks. The finished wine is aged for 18 months in large cement containers and small quantities of French oak barrels

- Deep ruby red with purple reflections. On the palate, juicy fruit aromas of plums and cherries paired with herbs and a little vanilla
