- The grapes are destemmed and soft pressed. Maceration with the addition of selected yeasts for 6 - 7 days. After completion of maceration, fermentation follows at controlled temperature. Aging and refinement After completion of fermentation follows aging in cement and stainless steel vats for about 6 months. Refinement in bottle for 2 - 3 months

- Tasting notes Intense and brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections. Penetrating and fresh bouquet, with hints of ripe red fruits and vegetal notes. Dry and soft on the palate, with good structure and persistence
