- Handpicked early in the morning. Maceration takes place on the skins for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation after alcoholic fermentation. The wine is refined for 10 months in French 3000 lt. Oak barrels, another 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle and then released for sale
- Characteristics
- Dark red color with a violet blue to ruby red impenetrable tone. Blackberries and small red fruit notes combined with notes of leather and spices. Elegant tannin, structured, full and long-lasting
