- Of garnet ruby colour with violet reflections. Rich, intense and persistent bouquet, very well developed, with aromas of liquorice, violets, plum and vanilla. The palate reveals fruits and spices, from toasted to spicy, particularly balanced, powerful and intense. The richness of expression is due to the spices that envelop the flesh of the ripe plum (the most evident fruit), giving it persuasiveness and power
