- The Biscardo Amarone della Valpolicella Classico has a garnet red color in the glass. It smells vinous and long of dark fruits, cherries, raspberry jam, honey and sweet spices. The taste is velvety and powerful with well-matured tannins. Voluminous and complex. Warm on the palate. Notes of bitter almonds
