- Fermentation takes place in steel during 7 days. This is followed by 3 days of maceration on the skins. Then complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aged in steel, then refined in bottle for 6 month
- Characteristics
- Bright ruby red color. Fine, delicate and aromatic bouquet, linked with notes of raspberries and blueberries, fresh hints of nutmeg, strawberries, roses and violets. The palate is fruity and exceptionally soft. It stands out for its perfect balance between the significant structure and the pleasant acidity

- It is recommended to be enjoyed alone, in the afternoon, to fully appreciate its rich palette of flavors. It is also excellent as an accompaniment to fruit cakes with raspberries, blueberry cakes and desserts
