- Maceration on the skins for 16 days. Complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aging in barriques for 1 year, then refinement in bottle for at least 1 more year
- Characteristics
- Deep, almost impenetrable garnet color. The very intense bouquet is complex, spicy and persistent. The rich taste is reminiscent of chocolate, liquorice, tobacco, ripe plums and spices. On the palate, it presents itself with great class and Hamonie, intense and long-lasting, full-bodied with easily recognizable fruit and fine, well-integrated tannins
