- Pale yellow color, with animating and very fine perlage. On the nose notes of acacia flowers and wisteria, along with fruity notes of pears and apples and citrus and grapefruit. Lively and slightly mineral on the palate with good structure. Long finish with hints of herbal spice and lemons
