- Maceration on the skins at 10 °C. In stainless steel tanks for 3 months. Martinotti method (Charmat): slow fermentation in steel pressure fermenters at 12-14 °C. Bottle pressure: 3.5 atm.

- Wine of intense red color with violet reflections. Fragrance of good intensity, elegant and decidedly fruity, with hints of cherry and blackberry. Also recognizable are flowery nuances with violet and rose tones. Soft and balanced on the palate. Confirms the fruity aroma, noticeable in the nose. Tasty final, dry and long lasting
