- The grapes are picked by hand. Cooling and light pressing, protected from air. Static decanting and addition of noble yeast. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging and refinement 6-10 months in steel before bottling
- Characteristics
- Strong straw yellow, elegant spectrum of aromas, fruity at the beginning, with a fine vegetal trace that extends over the entire tasting. Slight allusions to acacia, peach, apple, banana, pineapple, plum and sweet citrus fruits. On the palate it is soft, balanced by a good freshness, supported by an elegant palatability
