- A wine made from gently pressed whole grapes, using only the first-pressed must (55%) which afterwards ferments at low temperatures. The resulting wine is further processed in a pressurised tank using the “Charmat” method. After the second fermentation it remains in the pressurised tank on its own yeasts for about a month

- Straw yellow colour with unmistakeable green reflections; a fine persistent perlage; intense and pleasing nose with a particularly fruity fragrance of white peach, floral notes of elder-flower, and herbal hints of sage; fresh and vivacious on the palate, rounded and well balanced, with a strong personality
