- The grapes are picked by hand at 2 different times. Weininberg is already selected. The grapes are gently pressed while cooling. Fermentation in steel tanks under temperature control (13-15 °) for 15 days, aging on the fine lees for 4 months
- Characteristics
- Floral notes of peonies and some pomegranate. Fruity. On the palate with hints of strawberries, raspberries and white peaches. Very fresh and gentle on the palate - a bit of cherry in the aftertaste
