- It is obtained from the careful selection of the grapes, followed by maceration of the musts on the skins for 12-14 days. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are over, the wine is aged for 6 to 10 months in Slavonian and French oak barrels and then refined in the bottle for at least 30 days
