60 days Appassimento. Long fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in barrels. The aging follows 12 months in tonneau (5 hectoliters) and 24 months in barrels (25 hectoliters). 6,666 bottles were produced. The 2013 Calcarole was bottled on May 25, 2017
Characteristics
An incomparably expressive bouquet of berries and dried fruit. The taste is simultaneously elegant and balanced, as well as muscular and powerful. An extraordinary wine with a long finish!
