- The bouquet is wonderfully complex, fruity with aromas of cassis, raspberries, morello cherries, wild herbs, notes of spices, ginger, anise, fine smoky notes. On the palate it is wonderfully juicy, the tannins are present, but never overpowering, rather emphasis is placed on elegance and finesse. A perfect balance between alcohol, acidity, a piquant, ripe, wonderfully harmonious fruit right through to the long finish
