- After the harvest by hand, in small baskets, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. Here a second selection of the grapes takes place - afterwards it is destemmed and gently pressed. Only the flow must ("mosto fiore") is used. The fermentation takes place for approx. 3 weeks in cooled, temperature-controlled fermentation tanks made of stainless steel
- Characteristics
- Delicate, salmon-colored pink. Red fruits and citrus aromas on the nose. Very fresh on the palate with a hint of grapefruit. Good length in the finish

- The perfect aperitif, but also goes well with light dishes, fish soups and various pizza variations
