- The grapes are read in small crates between 15 and 22 September by hand. After harvesting, the grapes are dried for eight weeks slowly at strictly controlled temperature and humidity, after slow fermentation at cool temperatures. The wine is aged in 700l-barrels of walnut and cherry wood

- Strong, dark ruby red. A wine with an extraordinary fragrance and incredible elegance with distinct notes of red roses and an intense cherry flavor. Together with the slightly sweet finish gives the a highly unusual and enjoyable wine
