- Manual harvest and selection of grapes followed by drying in well ventilated drying chambers for about 3 months. Fermentation in stainless steel for 25 days at a temperature of 25/30°. Refinement for 3 years in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels
- Characteristics
- Intense and deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it shows complex aromatic notes from alcoholic fruits to bitter spices, black pepper, licorice and cocoa. In the mouth it is intense, well structured, powerful and with lush expression of ripe fruit. The finish is pleasantly smooth and dry
